I started this project basicly christmas day (was a gift from wife).
Frame up restore,port work & head work "thanks denny" ,split case,new goodies threw out.
I also got with awk08 and had some mock up work done for me. So I have converted the rears to hydro's. "Thanks for the help awk08"

I only got a couple idle heat cycles on the motor, but I am not affraid o say
it sounds amazing just at idle. I will be breaking it in and finding out if I like the DMC setup better than the fatty's.

Its a loud pipe man i think it has a stronger bottem mid range then any left bend pipe put loses it up top...thats where my dads toomey got me....but its gona rock with floteks porting i had minor porting an that thing was wicked on the bottem an mid

Good question, didnt notice it myself. Its a good old 92 and could be fender brackets tweeked, I will look into it in the morning

you know Jeff, between you and mike, I kinda wanna get another blaster now. I would just have to bring myself to part with 8 or 9 of these 250r's which I very highly doubt is going to happen anytime soon. I might start looking for a blasty though as a ripper rider for the trails, but I really have my sights on a trx250r for this Mugen 500 motor, if I can find a suitable roller.
