The 1999 Yamaha Blaster 250 was an all-terrain vehicle, or ATV, that was meant to be ridden on rugged off-road courses.

2. The 1999 Yamaha Blaster had a 199 cc, two-stroke, air-cooled engine with a bore and stroke of 2.5 by 2.2 inches and a compression ratio of 6.6-to-1. It had a six-speed manual transmission. Suspension Specifications
