I dont know who does this though, any help guys or girls?

i need a local place to take my engine too.

and any opinions on how much over it should be bored without breaking?

i was thinking .50

Umm..... you only need you cylinder bored if they cylinder walls are scored or gouged....and if this is the case you should have a local shop look at it. They will be able to tell how much it needs to be bored as you should only bore they cylinder enough to remove imperfections in the cylinder wall and regain lost compression

Why do you want to bore it to .050" over the stock bore?
You are not going to gain power; you will loose power from the ports dropping down. Spend the money on a pipe for a big gain in power.

why would you bore it if it doesnt need it???
it doesnt increase your power/performance or help you anyway...
if you do this for some reason only go to the next available size...
you only wanna go to the smallest size up...so it would be .10 over...

day an night...if your going to start to do motor work then get a right bend pipe...but only if its major work...if not major then get a toomey...

stock pipe is a "left" bend pipe cuz it bends to the left...you can tell by looking at the head and see were the pipe goes...it goes down an to the "left" witch makes it a lefty...anything that goes down an to the "right" will be a righty...

this is a right---http://www.factory7atv.com/PBpictures/phantomfull.jpg

I dident know you could get a pipe that bend another way than the "normal lefty" way. ??! .. Isnt this gonna be helle to mount and fit when its not designed this way

look at mr 305's BOTM entry. he has a right hand pipe. to the OP if you are just looking for more power start with the cheap and easy, pipe and reeds.
lots of people dont like em but im happy with my fmf fatty for now, way better than stock.
