That i am planning on upgrading i am planning on Buying an LRD Exuast, Vitos Big Bore kit and a Boyesen Rad Valve is there any other parts i should buy? I have read bad things and good things about the Vitos big bore soo im not sure of that and i have only heard good things about the LRD exuast is there anything i should be aware of before buying these parts??

After you install the parts you will need to rejet.

really, the vitos kits are alot of hype. unless they are ported by a pro, people get dissappointed. i would just put that money to good use and try an aggressive trail port. by flotek or wildcard, there are a few good builders on here. try a 3mil stroker build. a good one can tear a vitos bb up. 3+ crank, lightend flywheel, bore an hone, forged wiesco. they are just built to coordinate with existing mods. then a good carb, good pipe, reeds, you will have a fast blaster. get ahold of denny from flotek, hes really helpful. im still saving to get my 3mill stroker built.

i agree also if you do get the 240bbk if you blow the top end you will have to pay more to replace the top end most likely

ya u could also just port the stock jug and shave the .15thousands and get a nicew exaust that will eat a non ported vitos

I'd get the v-force 3 reed set up instead of the boysen rad valve. Its a better design. You should also get a forged piston for the bbk, the cast ones suck that they come with. The 35mm airstryker carb works really good with the bb also and since your going with a bigger carb, it'd be a good idea to get the bigger intake manifold for it also.
