Front tires flipping???

What i need to flip my front tires on my 2004 blaster?
I have heard that i need shorters air valve like these one is that true and what other things i have to do to make them fit.

You have to use these stems. Install and flip. That's all there is to it.

or put a valvestem in the stock hole backwards and drill a new hole on the other side of the rime and put a valvestem in it

In order to install new stem you have to break the bead, which isn't always easy. The short stems are as much if not more than stud extenders depending on size. Your call

What advantage does this give flipping the tyres?

Wider front end more stable. Cheap alternative to wider a arms. Little hard on your ball joints
