which exhaust would you suggest? an F7 or a trinity? i would want something for pit and trail riding so low to mid end power. i plan to get an aggressive trail port this winter so what would go best with that?

Why would they sell them as seperate set ups under different names/companies but whats the difference in power between them? Read my predicament in the poll thread

Power pro's makes the pipe (which actually means that power pro's has the license for the design and probably gets some taiwanese company to manufacture it) and then sells it for a profit to these other companies who then just "market" the pipe and take a cut out of the profit for that.

Now, there is a right bend pipe which is NOT a power pro's/F7/CT/trinity. That's the dyno port right bend. A true comparison would be pitting the DP head to head against the power pro's.

i think the dyno port would win, i'v hear nothing but great about them

I suspect that the pipe design is VERY similar simply because of the space constraints with getting it in the frame. I do know that the divergent section is larger diameter and tapered more sharply at the very end on the dynoport. I know in theory what that does to a pipe and engine combo but not sure how well it works in practice (and that's what we're all worried about anyway, the "in practice" changes!)

I've got a Vito's Fat bastard. Think I saw somewhere here is/was made by Shearer. Have no idea if it's same as shearer. Good mid-top with my porting.

The Power Pros pipes are made here in the USA, have done many comparisions with lots of pipes and the Power Pros came out ahead in my opinion. The main drawback in the Dyno Port pipe is the fit, they aren't known to be the best fitting pipe.

hey pittboss i have a trinity pipe and it leaks in the head pipe in like 3 places. do you have any ties with them? sorry for the thread jack

woops meant to post that here. how did you get the second pipe? did you have to pay for it 79. bc mine is almost as bad as yours
My pipe was brand-new from CT racing and i just called them and they told me to send them my pipe and they will send me a new pipe....

I have an F7 and I liked to tore my hair out putting that SOB on my quad.... Care to comment? Have any thoughts on how poorly the F7 fits onto the quad?

My power pro's/F7/CT welds are fine. 79, you must have the WORST luck possible with the CT Racing quality control.

the only way i could get my trinity on was to put the manifold on the headpipe first then fish it on there. pain in the ass to figure out though.
