dude, i lol'd hard at the cts, brought back memories when i watched the show bel air with will smith and he climbs in the truck of a monte carlo to show the "gangstas" its a good car!! I:I

gather up boys, if i was up that way i would already be beating his door down, i would even ride the blaster over there!!

Ok so he has sent me a reply tonite this is what it says:

hey i resolved the negative balace on my paypal so the payment should have been cleared please respond so i know when i can receive the pipe

BUT my paypal balance still looks like this:

PayPal balance: -$168.14 CAD

So im really not to sure if he is lying to me or what?

I phoned paypal again just to see whats up because i kinda thought he was lying to me.
They said they are reviewing the case and Were accusing me of not even sending the package?
I added tracking info to ebay but not paypal cuz i thought they were connected and it wouldnt be a big deal. Turns out Paypal not only wants the tracking numbers but they also want me to Fax them a copy of the reciept?
well for one i dont even have a fax machine haha and two i have all the tracking
information stating where this is all going. i told The taliban sounding f*cker @ paypal that i would take a picture of the reciept but he demanded fax it. i Ended up gettin pretty pissed off and hung up.

So i phoned back about 5 minutes later and Talked to a Girl. I told her my story and she said we need the tracking information so i gave it to her and she said for me to expect to see the refund in my account in the next day or so.

So im hoping this all turns out.
Paypal employees can be real assholes if they want. That hindu packy guy was a real dick.
 
always use the money in paypal to ship the item, and my suggestion is to get the paypal debit card, it lets me veiw the actual paypal balance, and retrieve my loot from any atm machine for only $1, no transfer fees, no waiting 4 days for it to show up in my bank acct.

its a great way around the waiting period, just get cash back and deposit it in your account, or hold the cash either way
 
You know what? I swear by paypal, but this is some news that i thought was impossible to happen. If paypal is not secure anymore what next? What should i be going with? Any ideas?

yea, joe, that s great, but your paypal acct has to be backed by your checking acct and a credit card, mine is at least, so even if you use the paypal debit card, which we have for all 3 paypal accts, if for some reason paypal gets a refusual or retraction from the other sides payment source, paypal will deduct the money out of your checking or your credit card payment, so if you took the money out already, unless you close your checking acct and cancel your credit card payment, they are going to take it, then you gotta fight to get it back.

i been using them a long time, and have encountered many problems along the line, and bottom line is, they are one of the safeest ways to do online payments, but they are a pain in the ass just like any credit company.

i will say this about them, they are thorough and have always done the right thing by me, even if its taken some phone calls and time to accomplish

paypal is just fine, they just saved my ass from a $100 scam
just wait till the money is actually in the account before shipping things
i've learned not to trust the "pending/completed" posts on there, sometimes the details will say one, and the front page will say another
 
how do i go abouts gettin a paypal debit card?
iv never heard of that?
maybe its for the U.S only?
Big thanks to AWK if this guy woudnt have came threw he would have gotten a free pipe and Awk would been knocking on his door.
