I bought a Cylinder hone and didnt even think about it. It says it will do a cylinder as small as 2 inchs. Is the blaster cylinder smaller than 2 inchs?

KD Tools 2833 Engine Cylinder Hone.

Hone and remove glaze from engine cylinders from 2" to 7" (51mm to 178mm) in diameter. Adjust spring tension for positive cutting action and set diameter with spread limiter. Hone includes medium grit stones.

yup bigger than 2 but make sure you read up on how to do that its got to be done in a crss hatch patturn to seal and get oil right

This is what KD website says......should I still use the 400 grit?

For General-Purpose honing and Glaze Breaking. 240 Grit.

For Hydraulic Cylinders. 400 Grit.

You want the cylinder wall finish as smooth as you can get it, more surface area = more ring seal, coarser stones make a rougher surface (peaks) and that is less surface area, you do need some "trough" to hold oil for lubrication.
240 is for removing material, if you try to take your cylinder out to the next size with a hand hone it'll never be straight!, it'll be tapered, barrel or hour glass shaped!
You're just lightly scratching the surface.

haha, i agree, unless you have a spare one to practice on, when getting into boring or honing, you really have to know what you are doing because you can really f*ck sh*t up, then end up taking it somehwere anyway, so good luck on it let us know how it works out.
