Elka suspension feedback

I recently emailed Elka, asking what size shock wrench i needed to adjust the preload. I got back an email the next day, telling me they had a special tool for this and that if i send them my full adress they will get back at me. Today i receive another email telling me the tool as been sent, FREE OF CHARGE!

Now this is customer service! and i aint even a customer, i bought them used, but their service is amazing and fast! They are very great people! i know that after this if i ever am gonna buy suspension again, im definately going Elka again! recommend em without a doubt!

they ride like a cloud! the only reason im adjusting the preload is cuz its too soft and makes the front end sit low and even more when i use the fornt brakes, the nose dives in, but adjusting the preload will take care of that.

i like fox shox, just add air to make stiffer and let out air to make softer, simple
