You may have upset the kinetics of the header pipe by adding back pressure.
The AFR could swing either way,you need to plug chop to confirm jetting.

I can still ride as hard as I ever did but it takes me 3 days to recover from it. Lol.

While a 2s needs a certain amount of back pressure, to much could be a very bad thing. I would do several "tests" with each 2x as the last, 1/4 , 1/2 hour looking at plug maybe even piston. Also unless those filters are free or very cheep, wouldn't be very practical as they will plug up/oil soak very quickly.
