nice dak. PM me some detailed pics of it once you mount it. mine hangs below the top frame rails about an inch and i wanna see how well yours fits.

I have a good idea on how I'm going to change the mounting.I'll see if I can find a pick of what in going to use.

I'm thinking of using these for mounting. Not a 100% on it yet. Have to install it and see how it fits.

Please let us know. Thats looks like a good idea. I know a lot of people complain about how the cfm box mounts compared to the pb one.

i made a mount like that one pictured out of aluminum gas line and tape lmao i used those for my homemade skid tho work great

i think the issue with mine is that they welded the air tube in wrong. it's straight whereas it needs to be at an angle. the frame cross bar blocks it from moving any further up.

I'll try to fit mine tomarrow. Just got my jug and head back on. Have to go to the Hardware store tomarrow for longer reed cage bolts.

lmk the size of the bolts! i have reed spacers too but lost the bolts. thinking of putting it on and move my power band to the low end.sh*t i forgot where its suppose to go... for more low end i would... put the spacer between the jug and the cage... riigght? oh nvm im jackin ur thread i'll read up on it in the "search"

The bad part is that now the head is installed, I can't look at the super sweet looking combustion chamber done by Ken O'Conner.

Got my jets and going to install them today. Want with a 158 main and a 55 pilot jet for my OKO 30. They should be a good start to break it in.I hope to have running by the weekend.

Have my jug and head bolted on. Did a leak down test and had a big one at first. It helps if you tighten the spark plug down.lol. Still have a small leak somewhere. It mite be the rigged up exhaust plug I made. I'll check more tomarrow. I still have to deal with the clutch. If I put it in gear and pull in the clutch, it still turns the motor. It didn't do it when I first got it.

did you have th clutch cover off for a long period of time? maybe the plates are too dry

the clutch u gotta adjust it. theres a good DIY on it

I looked at the clutch arm and it's only off a hair from the arrow.

I'm going to Phil the clutch pack and clean and check them. It's been sitting for a long time.

u prolly gotta change the oil and soak ur clutches. or try this 1st, put it in gear with the engine off and rock it back and fourth. put some muscle in it and do it in all gears. see if that will help. if the gears are sticky this will loosen it

Did that. I don't have oil in it at this time. I habit really jumped into it yet to fix it.

I may end up having to replace it anyways. Don't know how it's going to hold up to all the power adders I've installed.

I didn't have the cover off for a long time but did have it empty for a long time.
