Just got my leak down tester from slick in the mail. I must say I really like the way it's made. It doesn't look like some old home made tool. Very impressed with the quality of it.
 
The head is what matters when it comes to compression. I don't think porting as to do with it.

You are right there, all in the "Head", but was just curious as to how HJR was setting this up for you.
Did HJR do the head mod or O'Connor? (Ken's head mod/squish band is right on target, for these motors, for pump gas)

As for HJR porting, looks decent, the exhaust ports look good, very "FloTek" like.
As for the intake, I expected a little more outta them here, curious to what kind of power this is gonna make on the said PumpGas/charge...

On another note, you can get your 30mm to scream with that setup, and a 34mm PJ would prolly feed that setup quite nicely as well.

Are you running a 14 tooth front sprocket? if not GO GET ONE.
When the mids come on that F7 you are gonna run outta R's real quick, especially with those 18" tires on the back. You need that extra tooth to re-gear so it allows that motor to keep revving, get some 20's figured out yet?

And, keep in mind, with a 14 tooth sprocket you usually have to change out the chain, as there just isnt enough adjustment left to compensate for the 14 teeth up front. I know I know, more $$$...

But, hey, you fuggin started this right?!?!?!? :D

Looks decent though, looking forward to A$$ Dyno results, at minimum...

Also curious to Ken's $.02 when he see's these pics, O'Connor, your thoughts??? :-/

The head is a Ken O'Conner done head. I'm not sure about the jug. Don't know much about 2 stroke porting by looking at it. I talked to him about what I had done to the motor and how and where I ride. He said he knew what would work best but couldn't get alot out of him on how. I'm a little behind now because you threw in a free hone for me and now I have to get new rings. I'm happy he did that. I already have the 14 front and the Banshee for my +4 swinger. I won the porting in a raffle so I had to pic between Wildcard or HJR. I just hope everything works together great.

+4 swinger too huh??? Assume you painted that RED as well??? haha

I have a plus 3 swinger and my Banshee chain fitted. I want to change to 20" tires but have to wait to get the rims to. I want to run my 20's on 10" rims in the back. As for the Beer, I'll have to buy some just for you. I don't drink. The swinger was red before I sent it off. It's Black now.

sweeet, black should look good. More black the better, and compliments the red.

Thanks for the offer buddy. As for my jetting, I've been looking around to see what other people with a setup close to mine are running. I see them running a 150 pilot and 158 main. I'm going to get them jets and a one size bigger on each. I'll start out with the one size bigger and see what the plug reads. Getting the new rings but not sure what way I want to break it in. Ether the standard way or the hard breakin method.
