Sorry it took so long to get this up (I'm always telling Jess the same thing) but I've been very busy. Here's how we do Blaster crankshafts at Ken OConnor Racing. I don't trust the Chinese cranks so I build them in house. Short Youtube Vid.

Glad you liked the vid. I shot it last week, just had to download it. I love that jig. Makes short work out of a crankshaft and consistently produces cranks with almost 0 run-out. I've done a bunch of them the old fashion way so I really appreciate the time this saves. Only downfall of it is that it very heavy. I need to do more 12oz curls to bulk up. Big advantage is time saved. I feel a price drop coming on cranks.

You do class A Ken. Some engine builders are hacks. You do things right, from the bottom end to the top.
