Converting to Hydro fronts,, got a couple of problems

Spent part of my afternoon installing my hydro set up pn the front of my 98 Blaster and ran into some problems. My front drum set up had 2 inch wheel spacers and the front tires flipped. Now with the front disc brakes on I can't use the bolts that went through the spacers as the bolt head hits tha calipers. Also without the spacers I can't flip the front wheels. Sumbitch just got real skinny. Is there a stud that is long enough for this or does somebody have another idea?

not sure what spacers you're usin, but the black delron type is working on my sons 99 with hydro's, the spacers go on then coupler/extenders screw on, no bolt heads thru the hub
heres your only other option for flippin the front rims.........flush mount valve stems

and i just so happen to have a brand new chrome, complete set of 4, with 2 fill tubes
$15 shipped, same as i paid for them, got them for my fronts, but it's ridiculously wide with the rims flipped on +3 asr's, so no need for them

Thanks AWK but I'll pass on those. I think I would have to still remove the rim to air it up. These Donut Rings I have only have 4 holes that go all the way through. I like the ways yours sounds, I might go lookin for some of those. I'll look for a brand name on them tomorrow. I spent part of my day putting the Hydros on and part undoing what the PO had done to this poor thing. I got some pictures of what I have done and the parts involved.

well, if i hadnt got them spacers used and cheap/trade, i woulda went with these.....

they used to sale just coupler style ones on ebay for cheap, like $18
with no ring, but i cant seem to find them, maybe if you could find them, you could re-install your stock studs and use them with your existing rings ??????

I have some of those on my sons LT80 and wow does that thing look like a small flat tracker now. This also let me flip his rims and its easy as hell to get to the valve stem. I thought about those kind but I have read where people have said they aren't strong enough for a bigger quad. Whats your take or experience on this?

Thanks, that puts my mind at ease. I have eyeballed these type for my Blaster, Honda 250EX and Can Am DS250 but have been a bit uneasy over folks claiming them not sturdy enough. Just for public knowledge I have found in my searches for some sort of spacer or stud extender that the majority of studs are 10mm x 1.25mm. Here is a couple of resources I found that tell the wheel spacing (stud pattern)

Ya I'm not gonna be doing a lot of airborn stuff so I should be fine. I like fast and rough on the ground.

Well got er done. Still got to bleed the brakes one more time to get a good solid feel to them but it rides much better. Most of that is the new cleats up front but its a nice feeling that when you take off for all its worth that you have a shot at stopping without the use of a solid object in your path.
