Computer (unichip) for blaster.

Neither the Blaster nor the Banshee have rev limiters.

True, that is because they are rev-limited by their two-stroke engine timing/design.

Dubai, as far as I know their isn't a specifc Blaster performance igniton on the market, except for the Hotshot by Rick's and even that Rick's says they don't make for a Blaster (although people sell them on ebay as such). Dynatech makes very good ignitons but not for a blaster.

However, yes their are several "Universal" type ignitions available, as Lasxgames pointed out. They would be in the range of money (or more) that you were talking about. Personally, I'm curious what they are trying to sell you. Please find out and let us know.

A shop near my house has a computer or uni chip for my blaster, they said it cost 360$ and that it gives a massive performance gain, you guys think I should buy it? (They also install it)
Anyone hear have any uniships ore something of the same sort?
If so what was the outcome?
My Blaster has (currently):Porting, jetting, bigger bore piston (wiseco),vforce, toomey b1 exhaust.
Soon to come:
Hot rods 4mm crankshaft.
Computer,unichip.

pm their no# i want to call them and ask ?'s to see what the are trying to sell ya

We get pissed when people try screw others if so!!

No offense to where you live but I think they're trying to pound sand in your a$$. Be sure to get it in writing that they will refund your money IF you don't see an 8% increase with no bull about refunds on electrical. JMHO,your results may vary.

Forget it guys, the guy is now talking about a coil i told him to forget it...
Thanks for your help anyway.
Im just gonna mill my head, and get a crankshaft 4mm+bigger piston...

cool, to maximize that +4 stroker crank you can get the cylinder ports adjusted to match it. it will be ok without doing it but the cylinder will be GREAT if you do have it adjusted. I:I

The guy that going to fit the crankshaft and mill the head, wants to know which size piston goes with the +4mm hot rods crankshaft.
Do you know the biggest or best size that will fit?
Thanks:D

the biggest that will fit in there is a 68mm piston....but have it measured and only go the smallest over bore possible.... U WILL FEEL HARDLY ANY GAINS by putting in the biggest piston posible and it wastes cylinder life

so you are saying the "shop" that is doing this work asked YOU to find out wich size piston will work best with a +4 stroker? wow dude...... :o. piston size has NOTHING to do with your crankshaft, the piston is fitted to your cylinder NOT the crank. whatever size your cylinder is at now is the piston you want to put in, like freek said you gain NO POWER by boreing it out, a true "big bore" is a whole aftermarket cylinder and head. true BBK = 72.00mm piston, a stock jug bored to the max can only reach 68.25mm.

I've got a feeling that this might might be a fishing expedition? This is a case off do what you want to do, use your collective knowlage or leave it!
