Checking Squish

lol my point is this should be a place where we can talk about different things and not be raped by people because you say something "wrong". and awk there is no need for vieled insults, we all know you are talking about FLOTEK and thats fine, your opinion dont hurt my feelings :D.

i would never want to, or expect to, hurt my bro's feelings,
your builder has the "hardware" to prove himself also, just a different venue (drags)
and what does "vieled" mean ???? maybe i should wikipedia sumthin today, baaahahahaaa
glad we can "agree to disagree" sometimes

but i will defend ken, his work, and his willingness to share his knowledge on here to my death, just like i did when i smelled a rat (kennedy)
and untill i see sumthin blatant(kennedy again) by ANY other builders, i will keep it vieled < my new word i learned tioday

sheeblast..............BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA
thats great !!!!!!!!

veiled [veɪld]
adj
1. disguised a veiled insult
2. (of sound, tone, the voice, etc.) not distinct; muffled

/\/\/\ since we're wiki'n things, just figured i'd google sumthin.....
"squish band measurement"

seems theres alot of us "leave it to the pro's" out here that call it that
including dirtrider, thumpertalk and bansheehq, and thats just the first page..................
squish band measurement - Google Search=

there's even a harley builder that calls it squish, so it seems this term isnt just limited to 2 strokes................
RB Racing Squish Band and Deck Height Calculator

heres what the "new proffesional's" term "quench" came up with, i think i see one from a chevelle forum, and it says thats how you measure the deck height of a "non flat top piston" < anyone have one of them in their blaster

quench measurement - Google Search=

well I am surely no pro and I dont know anyone on here. I bought my son a blaster to move up from mini quads because I didnt buy into the raptor 250 bs. My friend and I build our own motors from trial and error. He is a full time mechanic and part time machinist. I was hoping to get any info on here but this thread got hijacked and went south. I know Kens work, I have seen his engine on the track first hand. I was gonna send my motor to ken but funds dont allow it. If you look back thru this post you will see that even Ken himself was a bit catty in his answers to me. I didnt think I was out of line or prying. But this kind of answer makes me wonder if I would get his best if I sent my kids motor there. I would like to think all good builders build their best engine that a customer can afford and let the best rider win with skill and not just pure power.
I have been there done that with a mini quad builder a year ago. My son outrode, out jumped and went into turns faster than his "sponsored rider" but on the straits his rider would crush us on pure motor. He built both motors and I gave him a blank check. I was just asking for info so I dont mess up a motor and a kids christmas present.
Hope you guys dont kill each other and for the record I dont know gridlock...
I am thru with this thread it turned useless and if a mod wants to delete it please do.....

/\/\/\ lasx's post
next to the last paragraph also explains how to use plasticine or soft solder, as ken shows in his video, to check your "SQUISH", < that was so unprofessional
i mean "QUENCH"

Huh. Slightly sidetracked, eh guys? Read this whole thread twice and unless this thread has been editted, I don't see what people are seemingly getting so hot about. Yes, Ken did give a short answer to a long question, but I doubt he meant to start all this. Sometimes guys we have to just accept that text doesn't really convey all we meant to say, and that sometimes meaning is assumed where none was meant. Sure, sometimes noses will be tweaked. Let's just keep it civil and we will all learn from each other.

Play Ball!!!!!

/\/\/\/\ royal...............

people getting hot ???? i think i was the only one who took out my cabin fever anxiety
and apperently you missed the part were he implied to ken...
"it's quench, not squish"
"i thought this was engine building 101"
and "if you dont understand internal combustion engines, better leave it to the pro's"

this guy is a fuggin jack off !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

^^ Awk. Point made Bro. The prob (as I saw it) was that Goodman seemed to be in the middle even tho it was Gridlock who was giving Ken a hard time. I think we have room for discussion here even tho Gridlock was being a bit of a turd. That said, I can't remember the last time you gave Shee this much grief, and he busts everyone's balls.

shee has slacked off some, i even gave him some rep one day for being cool
