I am doing a ground up rebuild on a 1990 Blaster for a friend. His kids will be using it to learn how to ride a bike with a clutch. The machine had no rear brake on it just a brake pedal hanging. After spending a week trying to source a good used rear caliper for a fair price I gave up and decided to convert it to a newer hydraulic setup. The caliper ,hose and master cylinder came from a kit on amazon for a newer model Blaster. The attached vid shows the knock up process. If there is any interest i can post a vid of the finished product. I created a cad file and drawing for the required brackets.
