first of all clean it all up, then you may see a snap ring or something that you can't right now.

there looks like there is a nut that should move but when i turn it it just retracts the spring....

hmm i dunno man it looks to me the piece with the 3 tabs should spin or something, can you get a slightly further away pic so its not so fuzzy?

just messed with mine a few nights ago. u should have a piece that screws in that hole on one side and a white plastic that adjusts the screw in piece on the other side. the plastic piece doesn't really work though so i used a screwdriver down in where the white piece goes

You don't take that piece apart. Take the entire assembly and put it in a spray paint can top and put some wd-40 in it. Take an old toothbrush and brush all of the crud out of the adjuster until the ratchet assembly moves freely. Then dump that WD-40 out and spray the three balls path out with more WD-40 and make sure there isn't any grit in there keeping the balls from moving. When you're done get a good waterproof grease and pack the ball path with it. It will keep it from locking up again. When you reinstall the assembly it will take a few trys to get the spring tension right so you can still pull it easily but it will return fully when let go. If your return is setup correctly the white plastic piece with the blade part sticking off of it will self adjust your rear brakes up so they won't fade out.

i have an almost complete hydro setup...missing some things though, i have front lines, resi, and master cylinder but to disks and calipers, have rear caliper and lines and resi but no mastercylinder and brake lever....

i just extended my lever by welding flat bar on the end to make it push to master cylinder. was quicker than finding a real one!

i actually have a rear master cylinder...but its broke...ill get a pic in a minute..

the little bar on the end is broke off...idk what this even came off of...it just came with the roller that i just bought...
