blaster build up suspension ?

Well im building up a blaster and Im working on preping the frame for paint now. Anyway I was taking apart the a arms and as soon as I undid the nuts the ball joints started leaking oil, what does that mean lol? Any help there? I have 2 full set of arms so if there toast it doesnt really matter to much. Also any tips on disconnecting the tie rods from the steering stem, there stuck in there pretty good.

if you can put the nut on the tie rod end just so it is flush with the head of the bolt then wack it with a hammer. A pickle for (used in removing cars tie rods) works the best. as far as the ball joint not sure the stock ones are fair at best not rebuildable is there big down size.
