:">alright i spent like 5 hrs messing with this damn thing today, well here is the problem it won't run for nothing, won't idle is not fouling the plug, i am running a 48 pilot, not sure what the main is, it still won't run i have a k & n filter, off the back of the carb, help me out! what do you reccomend, i also am running a 34mm carb with a 1/2" spacer vf3's and full lrd exhaust, help me please!

done that its got a 34mm carb with an aftermarket throttle cable, idle or air/fuel screw does nothing, has a 48 jet in it, had a 60 still nothing.

kinda need more info. is it a keihn pj? does it stay running fully choked or does it not make a difference. what is the main jet where is the needle main should be 160 max if it is a pj. post up all settings of the carb. and make sure that everything is tight(hose clamps to hold on carb) and all gaskets are sealed.

152 main, 48 pilot it is a keihin pj, everything is sealed tight as i can get it, should there be a gasket on the pipe coming from the cylinder? and it doesn't stay running choked or not,

i don't know what to tell you i would start over. change the plug. check everything. clean the carb, tighten everything. if all that is right it is something else. what is your compression? and was it running fine before you changed things. and what order did you install stuff. when did it stop working. you should be able to use process of elimination to figure it out.

everything is in good shape? anyone have any ideas? the carb is good, should i sell it and get like a 30mm? would it make a difference, for the mods i have? i know guys running 34's on theirs and runs like a bat out of hell, i am out of ideas, what jetting should i try? i got a 152 main, 48 pilot in it right now. had a 60 and a 42 before, nothing

your running ritch the same thing happend to mine make sure the tors is removed right start over by starting the screw at 1 1/2 turns out and also check if your petcock is pluged by takeing off the gas line and turning the gas on make sure there is a steady clean flow of fuel
