aight, last night i took my rear plastics off and my intake boot to clean and re paint. After painted i put everything back together and when i turned my gas on to start the bike all my gas started leaking out of my overflow tube, I didnt even touch my carb and it ran great before so i am kinda puzzled on why it is leaking. hook it up I:I

If it never leaked before an just started...your float is prolly stock tap on the side of the bowl with a small hammer or something to free it up.
and if it dose it again, I'd just rebuild it, I have road bikes that do that sh*t and it gets old FAST, fuel valve sticks on mikuni carbs alot
i really like to use a sledge hammer when gettin my float unstuck but every no an then i use the handle of a screw driver.
when that happens i take the bowl off, push the float back up then mutter a swear word towards it as i put the bowl back on
