34mm carb tuning help

Ok heres the deal.
I got a 03 blaster with the 240 bb kit, FMF fatty and pro silencer and just put the 34mm carb on it today. Its a Mikuni 34mm. It fit good with my custom intake but now I have a dead spot in 4th and its not smoking at all out the tail pipe...The plug is dry. What would the recommended starting point be on the tuning. What size jets, needle position, ect. should I start at? Thanks in advance for the help.

personally i would get rid of the fmf, not a good pipe for modded bikes, but if i was you i would go with 290, where is the main now? depends where u are, middle on the clip

your main needle what size do you have right now?

I dont know just the one that came in it. Its a brand new 34mm mikuni with "standard" jetting
