How many lines for a +3 swing arm running 13t front and 40t rear?

Looking at DID brand. 420 or 520? Non o-ring or o-ring or x-ring?

Same seller, although I bought 120 link and cut to fit, this one says 13/40 ?

My experience.....o-ring chains wear out just as quick, and rob a lil power, so why ?
