From pump to race gas? I've only used race gas in the blasters.... But it did make a difference when I ran a tank of it through my kx250. It had some more punch than normal.

high octane race gas is only going to make a noticable difference if your engine needs it because of higher compression. bump the compression..bump the ignition timing and then run it..you will feel it...
