1999 blaster for sale $650.00

I have a 1999 blaster for sale.Runs but stalls unless you have the choke part way on.Front breaks work but stick a little after letting go of the brake lever.Plastic has cracks which someone repaired with zip ties.Missing rear grab bar and tail light.Looking to get $650.00.Located in Rochester New York.Can call 585-729-2281.I am new to this forum but belong to others as I have a Kawasaki street bike.

Made a mistake on the year it is actually a 1990.Runs without the choke on now but need to give it a little gas to keep at a idle.
