A couple people wanted this thread so here we go. I bought the car mid-september as an unfinished project. Car was just a shell, no diff, engine, no interior of any sort, no glass, the body kit was just barley held on and the widebody kit is fitted nicely. The overfenders are molded on not bolted on and its wiiiiide (im expected to fit a 12 inch wide wheel with 0 offset and a 305) the current plan is to drive the datsun i bought and build a 5.3 and put a t56 behind it and call it a day with around 400 horsepower and torque. (car will weigh 2500-2600lbs.) this was the car on day one,
car had full aftermarket suspension front and rear (coilovers, tractions rods, antiroll bars, etc. and some giant ass brakes)
no rust of any really anywhere. i was happy needless to say. since ive gotten the car ive worked ALOT on it. i put glass all around, bought a donor car to steal alot of thing from, put most of my interior in, fixed some front passenger side damage, painted the engine bay, made clearance in the wheel wells, and so much more im constantly working on this thing. Im just going to link the album because i dont want to post a million pics but ill post a few.
when i got it,
put the nice ac stuff in to deal with the florida heat.
got my dash and carpet in
what it currently looks like
also switched out the manual cranker windows with some nice power windows.
got ahold of this mangled mess and sorted it out.
engine bay before,
prepped,
now, it looks GOURGEOUS
link to album if anyone wants to look at the whole process.
