Ok when I'm playing COD black ops online when the game starts it automatically mutes everybody and I can't figure out how to change it. Anybody know how to change it?

same here, or tards who make noises or play gay music in the background, lol, also, for any nerds out there, can you be banned for just playing in hacked games? i found a guy who doesn;t do hacks like for guns and xp, but just for fun, could i be banned for playin with him, fug i can;t wait to get black ops, i am stuck with mw2
i had a buddy who was part of the big fbi bust playing the stolen version of World at war, shut down his xbox live acount and the serial # if his system so he had to get a new one to play online
