i would tear it all down and have the frams and swingarm powdercoated to match the factory finish. then have the engine cases blaster, cleaned, and re sprayed with a high temp black powdercoat as well. then, sell it for 2 times more than you have invested in it to someone who likes old bikes and buy yourself a newer used yz250 or rm250
