Depends on what all is wrong/broke. Why was it taken apart to begin with?
Is this:07 Honda TRX400EX 400EX CAM Chain Tensioner | eBay the part that's missing? If so, consider a new one, only $5 more than this one

Cost will depend on what's wrong and how good of a job you want to do.
