he had sevir road burn on his feet but still made it, all cause of the brain bucket

half the time that's not the only problem, its that people have them and don't wear them.

even putting around i wear my helmet, i wrecked with one once and hit my head pretty hard and still had a headache for about a week

i see alot f ppl riding without helmets and alot of them say i dont got one this one guy would climb the face of the rock dumps out here without one how stupid can u be and them hills are pretty steep

ik some cases helmets dont matter but most it can be a life or death situation. it takes less then 30 seconds to put the damn thing on and can make a world of difference

I think there should be a law about it.

Theres a law on seat belts in cars. There should be a law on helmets on motorcycles.

Unless we are talking about quads here, and I think you should definately wear one unless youre just putting around. I dont ALWAYS wear my healmet if Im putting around, but if we go on a "big boy" ride, you bet your ass I wear my helmet.

Where talking in general, but most quads. In most states you are required to where a helmet on a street bike. TBH I think seatbelt laws are a joke, ya they save live but tbh is someone chooses not to where one its only himself he is hurting so it shouldn't be a law, but whatever I guess that was more important to law makers at the time. Phragle that is some nasty sh*t, but unfortunetly something like that happens everyday. Wear our helmets guys, or end up like the guys in the photos.

so i suppose you guys are wondering what all happened...well it was a head on collision, both vehicles coming down a gravel road at approximately 45-50 mph. came around a corner and didnt see eachother until it was too late. atv tried to miss the car by going to the left hand side of the road but instead he hit the passenger side of the car. the driver of the car was fine however the atv rider was not...when my dad and i first got there he was unconsious. He had a lot of broken bones, wrist shoulder, leg, and possibly more. his head took the most impact leaving his face scratched up pretty good and i'm willing to bet his brain was swelling. we took him by ambulance to the nearest highway intersection to do a helicopter landing however he passed in the ambulance about 5 min before the choper landed...hopefully this has some effect on people and to remind them to wear their helmets while riding
