whats guys i have a major vin issue.. my frame only has 13 vin numbers..it starts with a j and the tenth number is 9 which would mean its a 79 which makes no sense to me .. i work in a machine shop and deel with metal tubing all day and the metal is the same diamiter down to.001 of a inch so it hasent been tampered with becuse the punch from the numbers are deeper than the other radius..metal is untouched were the following numbers would go. what is going on.please help
