Tranny question

New to the site, but couldnt find any transmission threads. Just wondering how to check the transmission fluid level. I found the cap to fill but no dipstick or anything else. Also, what fluid type does it take? I've read so far that alot of people run Yamalube 4. Thanks in advance! Alex

there is a little window at the bottom of your cases to look thru. Personally i use spectro gear saver

an make sure you fill the oil between the two lines or you will end up blowing a crank seal.
