Track rod ends

ok so last week i was kinda going to fast and hit a treecompletely breaking the track rod ends although the track rod is fine
ive got the spare track rod ends but it does not seem to be catching the thread on the track is there anything i can do to try and make it catch

Are the pieces of the tie rod ends still in the tie rod?? How sure are you that the tie rod ends are the correct size?? If the tie rod ends broke, the threads in the tie rod could be damaged. If the threads aren't catching, I would get a new tie rod. You don't want the ends to come loose while you're riding!

no i took them both out i fixed one on the side that i actually hit the tree and everything was fine its only on this other side that i didnt damage

ive found out that the tie rod ends threads are actually not machine right so im going to send them back tommorow and get new parts
