Too good to be true.....no exhaust for me

I've waited 4 months to order a DMC alien exhaust. So I find one through Ebay and it showed 10 available. I ordered it on Monday 4/28....I've checked the status everyday on shipping and today....still nothing. So I called the company and I was informed that the item is backordered UNTIL JUNE!!! I was so upset to say the least. No message stating the order was backordered, until I called. Time for a ride to release the frustration.
 
I feel for you Bro, I have been waiting for nearly 3 months to get a passport issued so that I may visit some of the BF folks in July.

On a lighter note a DMC Alien is well worth the wait!
 
I would be less upset if they could have told me from the start. I didnt get the memo that DMC pipes were backordered until June. i guess ill be waiting, i requested a refund, but my name is on the list and a discount on my next purchase.
 
I'm going to give magic racing and KG a call tomorrow...thanks blaaster. No more exhaust orders on line for this guy. I going to hear it from the horse's mouth this time.
 
ive dwelt with magic racing in their store since its only a little over an hour from me. they tend to have a lot of stuff on hand. they can be kinda jerkoffish in person depending on who you deal with. what ive ordered was always in stock. im not in any way shape or form recommending them as everyone gets or has different opinions. but i hope they have what you want and its in stock.
 
Dave, Ebay showed the the part was in stock too. That is why I'll be placing the next order over the phone. If they are that close to you, that means they are not too far from me.
 
Phone call or email. I kinda just went through the same thing ordering an amp for my nephew. Ordered one and a week later they told me out of stock, ordered another 2 days later told out of stock, than emailed another and then called another to find out nobody could get one. Ending up messaging with a seller on ebay and he got me one asap. Good thing cause it was for his senior project and we almost ran out of time.

yeah, they are located just outside pontiac, mi. not sure where you are. i would call and if its in stock, drive there and pick it up.
