I'm excited to get some more garage space. I'm thankful to have had a 2 car garage but it's tough trying to keep 5 quads, a mustang, & all my tools in there. Everytime I want to work on something I have to push something outside. Hopefully my new building will cure this. I'll be updating this thread with progress pics as often as I can

daaauuummmm, thats a big building,
and i have a funny feeling you'll find more toys to fill it with, resulting in.....
still pushing sh*t outside to work on others, LOL

LOL, I hope I don't run out of room !! I'm thinking about having Hufford do the electric. I know a couple of guys who've used him and they said he was several hundred dollars cheaper then anyone else they got quotes from. I'll do a little more research once I figure out exactly what I'm going to need.

I have a friend that does electric work. I'll give you his number to get an price. He's not a side work guy. He has a business .

Nice wish i had that much room! If the 67 is in the garage it feels most of it up then we have to work on the qauds in my gdads chicken building no heat or light gotta keep the door open but we usually have the camaro in the chicken building...

So what are the dimensions? My guess is somewhere around 40' wide by 25' deep from the looks of it?

Very Nice!!! , I too have to jocky so much crap around to just work on something it drives me nuts! . Are you gonna stick with the dirt floor? or are you gonna dig it out and pour some slabs?

I got proposals from several builders and went with Delmarva Pole builders. They were a little bit cheaper then Pioneer but not by much.

The size is 40w x 30deep and I went with a 12 foot ceiling instead of 10 feet ( incase I get a lift ).

I'm getting a concrete floor and garage doors will be installed.

All together it cost me $ 21,000 including grading, post protectors, permits, extra windows and doors and concrete work ( I'm getting the floor poured deeper in the center bay for a lift , I may not be able to afford one right now but I figure planning ahead now will be cheaper then trying to cut and repour deeper later ) .

not a bad cost, I would love to get another garage like that one....more quads anyone? haha

The amish guys hung the trusses by hand , I thought they'd need a lift or crane but those guys are pretty badass !!
