The Finished Product....finally

wow nice blaster, do you have a build sheet I would like to know what all has been done to it what kind of a-arms , nerf bars etc.

wait wait wait... you built THAT blaster for a kid that cant use a clutch!?!?!?! WTF.

what if he doesnt like using a clutch and cant get the hang of it, then ur screwed. and ive seen some people that cant use a clutch to save their lives. even after years of practise. i think you should have taught him first then spent a million bucks on a blaster.

wow nice post....lol
He can ride a clutch as good as anyone, but anyone who has ever raced at a high level on a supercross style track knows it is different than riding for fun. These 11-14 yr old kids are shifting on average 50-70 times per lap depending on the track set up. Now toss that into 1:00min lap times and maybe you will see my statement clearer. this is his first time on a track racing the clutch, HE LOVES IT! The kids he is racing against have been racing this class for a full season already, he is the rookie in the class.

thats one sick blaster. Hey i was just wondering what you used to screen out the hood

go to a place that sells metal and tell them you want the smallest "aluminum expanded metal" I got one square foot for a dollar and used wire cutters to trim it onder the hood and bolted in 3 spots thru the plastic. Cheapest add on to the quad....

chassisincfab custom built +4 mgc arms, elka stage 4 front & rear std length, tag fat bars, rox risers, yfz450 front hubs/brakes/spindles, stock swinger for now, frame gusseted, pro aluminum nerfs/pegs, engine is nicely modded to be legal in a 200cc class:D, FMF fatty, itp baja rears w/18"holeshots, gforce xc fronts with 20"razrcross. All shock tuning done by Blommel Motorsports in Dade City, FL. , engine built by Jake of PEP Racing in Plant City, FL.

thats a g-force axle? looks mad wide

also, the a-arms are 750... not bad... but if you want long travel you have to do all your own measuring... he had no idea how to do any shock longer then the stocker... meh

Really nice build! I love it! Just one question... What made you stick with the FMF exhaust? I'm not trying to be negative; this Blaster is way nicer than anything I can afford right now, but I figured most racers would go for an LRD or F7 pipe after putting all kinds of effort and money into the rest of the quad...

practicality, FMF makes more power on the bottom. We race a supercross style track.

revin, he can build anything for a quad of any type. Tell him you are using shocks the same length as YFZ450 shocks and he will mock up the arms with the shocks he has at his shop. As I said before he is just getting into mx builds and these are the first prototypes and after seeing them on the track he nailed it. I can promise you with the travel we get from these arms and the mount angles, LT shocks would just be an extra cost with no extra benefit, but to each his own. You can only move the wheels so far...

How are u running all yfz setup up front? When I talked to lew on friday I asked if he could make the top arm to accept a yfz ball joint so I could run a yfz setup I have and he said no way ball joints were too different. Bike looks really good by the way.

the heim joints he uses give you MUCH more travel than a yfz ball joint and they are much stronger as well. They have 1/2" studs, you simply drill out the holes on the spindles with a 1/2" drill bit. If anyone buys his product please mention my sons name/quad where you saw them as we are his first sponsored rider. I post the pics to help his business and help people with different options. I hope to get some video soon of the way they handle but the track was crap this past race and the quad was covered in mud!!X(
Thank You

A little update.
We have a new engine sponsor, RTR Performance Engines out of Bartow Florida.
Rick Todd has been building 2stroke motors for 35+ years.
We now have an 200cc Airsal kit ported and head modded by RTR.
The stock motor just couldnt cut it against the CT and Airsals at our track.
If ya cant beat em join em....right?
Now he is competing with the top 3 riders who have over a year of blaster racing experience. We are really sorry to see Jordan move to the hybrid thumper but we will carry the torch for now for the 2smokes.
here is an air pic from the past weekend. Last 3 pics from the week before and making a pass on the blue airsal blaster.
