The build has begun!

its amazing how much you can learn by tearing it all the way apart, actually taking the time to think about how it works, and then putting it back together

Yeh it is...the motor anyways...but with someone that has suspension geometry down like phragle to throw in ideas, makes you think and experiment as well.

I just read on another site that greasing the crank seals helps with sealing so theres no crank seals going out...if so I gotta get some new ones and try this again before i have major damage sooner than i'd like

Finals week, my brain is fried.. and done?? your never done, when you done foreward progress stops and you get beat

Finals...I totally understand now! Oh how I miss those days..(insert sarcasm here)

Yeh i keep looking and keep buying...just bought a billet rear rezzie mount for the 250r shock...but Phrag if you keep on throwing ideas...I'll be in a divorce and live in the basement with the blaster! LOL....good stuff

hey callmeJ.. if u dont mind if i ask.. i was jsut wondering with all of the stuff youve ordered and what not, how much money have u put into that blaster so far? i cant wait to see it finished lol

Holy sh*t I just read all 59 pages....

Great job on the Blaster bro...

Can't wait to see the finished machine.

Great fab work you did also. Don't know how I missed this but I am in for the rest!!

Got my new rear rez clamp in today

Super dooper work at a super slow pace...

Just gotta hook up on a 240 jug and head...I'll probably send it off to Angus and have him to punch it out .010, port and polish, and order an extra piston with it. This should put me up clearly over the 40hp mark!

I dunno...I put the rear plastics on and they fit well besides where it clamps onto the frame. The plastics are in the way there and I just have to notch it out. I'll test fit the exhaust and see how that clears. It may be tight, but I'll get it in there with some eyeballing

Looks like it cleared the exhaust and aluminum airbox by tilting it to the side slightly and moving it forward a touch...I don't like how close the rez hose is to the exhaust so I'll have to rotate that a little away from the exhaust.

Hmm...looking at the adjusting knob for the compression looks a little too close for comfort on the exhaust too...shouldn't get too hot tho? well I'm ceramic coating the exhaust with clear ceramic coating...so it will cool the pipe down some.

You could move it to the other subframe rail. Thats where I mounted mine. Since the oil injections gone theres alot of room on that side. Just an idea
