the 250r build!

me and my dad picked up a 250r frame. were gonna build it for a dune quad.

for $100 we got:
89 frame, has 3 cracks and has been repaired a lot. but it will work.
bills 2 piece header with extra back piece
wiring harness
2 front brake hoses
stock front bumper
stock rear skid
a/m rear skid
stock carb with throttle cable
frame stand
front calipers. need alot of work
1 rear hub

Sheesh kid I figured you would be sleeping in at 6:52 am....

This should be a fun project. Parts seem to be dirt cheap, and plentiful ! We got this frame free when we bought our enclosed race trailer, and the guy used to race it. He says he will look for the rest of his parts, and make us a deal on them...

Although racing season is upon us so it may be slow going till October.

let me guess, it cracked by the upper steering shaft mount and by the flat piece the seat latches too..

thats 2 spots lol. theres actually 4 . and the seat latch piece has been rewelded before
