well im new here but not necessarily to quads. will have 2 blasters pretty soon since im trading my dime for them. i've got plenty of questions but first me and the search button are gonna get to know each other.. glad to be here and ready to learn.

i actually have one i cant really find any info on. the guy im getting them from says one has a bad main bearing. is there a thread showing how to replace it or how hard it is? thanks

What "main bearing" is he talking about? Someone will surely help you out around here! There's not one thing that the Blaster Forum can't figure out about blasters!

That could potentially be the crank shaft bearing.
Create a thread in the engine section of the forum and say all this, and someone will respond very promptly.

the guy has no idea. i dont think he knows very much about them at all. he said he bought them from a buddy so he could go on the mountain. when i get them home im gonna nit pick at both but i do know one is bored .60, stroked, and jetted. but this is the only picture i have so far. they both look like this.

nahh, i think there is a master cylinder on there, just looks weird, haha, looks to be a 03+ or a older one with a hydro setup

between 88-02 based on the cable brakes, the only real way to tell is to look at the V.I.N.
