Well, as i was tightening up my head nuts with the nuts and washers and head gasket when i got to the rear nut, my cylinder stud stripped out...If im gonna replace 1, im gonna replace them all...Is it a good idea that i pull my cylinder off....Give me some links or websites that i can buy new studs from...or even hardware stores>????

you need to heli coil it or put a timesert in, you cant just put a new stud in. the best way is to pull the motor and head so you can get a proper angle on the problem. were you useing a torque wrench or just reefin on it with a ratchet and socket??

Ratchet and socket.....I know i shouldnt be using it...Im gonna take it to my machine shop and let him do this....im not taking a chance on getting one in crooked....unless i can send it to Ken O'Connor...

dont heli coil unless that all u can find they dont hold up as well as timeserts. heli coil works good on othere bolt threads i just wouldnt do it to head or the jug bolts unless that all i could find.

its well worth it to have the timeserts done. you just need to get some M8x1.25 studs. not totally sure on the length

I had the same problem with one of my posts when I was replacing the head gasket. I just pulled the jug and took it to a machine shop to have a time sert put in. Worked flawlessly and only cost me about 20 bucks.
