hey, seems like a simple thing, but i read somewhere that rider sag should be 30% or the shocks travel at the rear. iv got 400ex which has travel of 9.1" or 231mm that means the rider sag should be just about 3" or so, but thats quite a lot! is that spec maybe meant for bikes which have the extended linkage systems? what are you guys running at percentage wise? bearing in mind most people are of different weights!
