Gonna get it all bored, honed, trail ported, head done, etc.

I blew it up this memorial day weekend. Stupid stator side seal airleak.

Im excited to get it back tho. It should be way quicker after Ken gets done with it :)

Well, I dunno. I gotta fix that seal that caused it to blow up. OH, yeah, Im changing the clutch out. I think its time to change that. Not that it really needs it, just that Ill like having piece of mind of knowing it was done and when it was done.

Other than that, not really. Already have a PWK 28mm carb for it, filter, outerwears modded airbox lid, new rear bearings, axle, brake rotor, stator, some wiring, FMF Fatty (I talked to Ken, and he said its a great pipe, and just to specify for him to do the porting for mid/high to balance the fattys low/mid range inherent characteristics). So, if the pipe doesnt feel right to me after, Ill prolly get a Toomey. It seems to have the best gain in the top end according to that dirtwheels dyno that was posted on here a few weeks ago.

sweet. you will be more than happy with the results. i guarantee it. ken is a great guy and he does awesome work.

i saw you post in my thread about it getting here to kens while i was still here
2 motors came yesterday, one pesonally delivered by bmwe30sport, and one in a black rolling suitcase lookin box ?????

wait till u get it back and look at what he did to it, all u will want to do is install it, unfortuantely i havent got the chance to do so on mine.....grrrrr, patience wearing thin!!

Im disappointed by his work, but not cause he did anything wrong. He called me today, bearer of bad news telling me my jug is pretty much unservicable for anything other than a sleeving job. So, I made a thread, found a nice guy who is selling me a jug for a really good price shipped to Ken, so Ken can go forward with my work and get my Blaster blastin again!

Im not even done with the process, and so far Ive got nothing but good stuff to say about Ken. He told me the cheaper way to fix it, he could have just told me to sleeve it, pay the extra 150 for that work, plus the cost of the sleeve, but instead he told me to just sit on it a minute, find a cheap stock jug, and he will work that one over instead.

He also took the time to answer all my questions about 240 kits and other options also, and I could tell he had other stuff to do.

So thanks a bunch Ken.

i run into similar problems and always insist that peeps put their BF.com name on/in the box when shipping me return brake pedals, so i can keep track of who's who and whats what

c'mon guys get your shipping/info straight and PM, PM, PM, to keep everyone involved well informed

I requested the seller put my name on a piece of paper and put it in the box so Ken would know this jug is for me.
