Ok, so I pulled the blaster out today, put the clutch on, etc. Went to start it and it doesnt start easy, and when it does it bogs right away and dies, unless the throttle is just right, but then wide open its at about 1/3-1/2 rpm. And it is smoking and sh*tting premix out the silencer. And it is pissing out of the overflow whenever the fuel is on and it is not running. It has a 60 over Namura and a full FMF. The plug is covered in premix, too. When I took the carb off and kicked it it fired like nothing because of all the fuel in the cylinder. Why is it doing this. It has a 270 with a stock pilot and the needle clip up 1 from stock position.

sounds like your floats are stuck in your carb

slightly bend the metal tab on the float

Ok, so I fixed the float, so it doesnt leak anymore. And I have a little more rpms, but its still not right. At full throttle it doesnt even hit the powerband, and whenever I bring it down from full throttle it dies, and it smokes the whole time like its choked.

when you first pulled it out when you kicked it did it turn over or did it stop!

Have you checked your reeds and put a new plug in also get some new fuel

has the bike been sitting for a long time?? how clean is the air filter?? do you think that something could have gotten into the silencer??

I was recently having issues and I had the carb set almost right, but it would just idle and I needed to give it gas and when I opened the throttle all the way it would barely rev up. Turned out to be acorns in the pipe!!!

I checked and flipped the reeds. i did not put in a new plug. Im gonna put in a new plug and some new fuel today. It has been sitting since the 22nd when it got impounded, cuz when i got it back it leaked so i had to put a new seal in and whatnot and i just tried yesterday to fire it. Ill check the pipes too.

Sounds like your main jet might be to big if it is smoking blue smoke real bad. What size main are you running and what type of mods do you got.

Its got a 270 main with Boyeson reeds, a full FMF, a Wiseco crank, and a .60 Namura on a fresh rebuild
