Why did I ever start riding atv's/dirtbikes?

Just the other day I coulda killed myself. I had wrecked, I was going up a small bank and my 400ex rolled right over on top of me, the handle bar had went and smacked me about 3/4in above my eye, splitting my eye socket. I ended up getting 19 stitches, black eye, and bruised eye ball.

I had just got done watching this Canadian girl tribute video and it reminded me how close I came to being in the same position. This is a very dangerous sport were all apart and we need to lookout for these dangers. Im now scared of my gay ass 400 and want my blaster back.

Keep it safe Blaster Members!

Most of the wrecks I see are completely operator error because of their riding skills, or lack of.
I agree.

Sometimes though sh*t happens that you have no control over.

Its a risk we all take, whatever we ride.

We do it for the love of riding and the enjoyment.

I love to take a long ride by myself with no one around, its just me and my bike (whatever I may be riding) you become one in a sense....... Thats were I find my most inner peace and contentment.

Sure theres a risk, but if you use your head (not saying ride like a pussy, just be smart) its a pretty safe sport. Just driving to work is more dangerous imo.

The way I see if you do die riding you die doing what you love, and thats better then other sh*t that could happen to you.
You can't be fearful or constantly worry about getting hurt, it will rob you of your happiness... respect what could happen of course, but don't dwell on it.

Remember: Just have fun :) thats what its all about. Don't do anything you don't feel comfortable doing.

I know every time I've got hurt it because I pushed it too hard for what me and my machine could do.
