removing counter balancer????

i was just lookin around on cl and found this. he says the counter balancer is removed to rev faster. i see how it would work but wouldn't it vibrate like hell and cause possible transmission damage and bearing failure?? 1998 Race Ready Blaster

that counter balancer is in there for a reason.. and not just for vibration issues.. also helps crank life..

its amazing how much stuff between cars and quads changes sh*t... turbo talons and eclipse, and conquests, removing the balance shafts lets it rev faster, and makes more power, but with more vibration but dont hurt anything...

quads are wierd..

removing the counter balancer is common with drag racers,it will cause bearing problems in time.What ive done with conquests balancer was lightening it.By doing so removing the material in the right places will still give you the desired flywheel effect while dropping alot of the weight of the balancer
