are you wanting to redesign it or mill it? to differnt things
milling the head is just taking off a few thousands of an inch to add a little bit more compresion.
redesigning it you reshape the dome shave it for a cleaner and better fuel burning, and added compresion.
if you are redisgning it do you have the proper stuff to do it? im pretty sure you need a lathe.
i have access to one, so just wondering what the demensions are so i can do it myself8-|

you mean aluminium??!! i had some noce CAD designs but have accidentally deleted my folder with them in, quite bummed about it!

Is it a stock cylinder,stock crank,stock port timing? What fuel? I can send you specs if you like
blasters have a conical combustion chamber. you need a hemispherical shape instead, its not enough to skim and polish--thats not redesigning the head.
