Rebuild on the "FREE SHEE"

Pics are blurry from all that corona!!!!! lol You are making good progress. Won't be long before shee is ripping it up. Keep on it and it will be done in no time at all. Nice job brotha.

Hell yeah. I'm going out in the garage soon. Hopefully get some chit done.

Well fellow blaster bros, I have some awesome news! I. Got the front end together and decided to take it for a stroll down the street I:I really didn't know what to expect, but holy chit this thing rips :o It is a little lean on the pilot. For some reason the air screws are reacting now. I set the air screws at a half a turn out. Made it a lot better, but it needs 30 pilots.

So anyway I cruised up the street a couple times to finish warm up. I decided o hit it in 2nd gear and it has a light swich powerband. Almost flipped over cause the back brakes aren't working yet. I had the dynatek set to standard timing. Oce I get it jetted in and advance the timing t should smooth it out some.

About time!!!!! lol Glad you got it running and ripping!!! A few more minor issues and you are good to go. Good job

eeehhh, who needs brakes :o
count me in for a test ride
nice work mike !

You got it bro. I ripped on it tonight. I only had one problem. The right side carb was pouring gas out of the overflow. I have to dig in them again to put the 30 pilots in so no big deal. And I found out what the growling sound is. It's the kick start assembly. While the bike is running I moved it back just a hair and it fixed the problem. I will be replacing that soon. This thing is SICK. I know why everybody says they are not good trail bikes. Its cause they have a light switch powerband that could easily land you on a tree! I love it though. 4th gear wheelies are effortless without the clutch. Feels like it pulls almost as hard as my r6.

Ken has proven once again that he is the man! This bike is amazing! I have called him numerous times regarding setup and he has steered me in the right direction every time. If you send your motor to anybody else and have complaints about performance or customer service, don't say I didn't try to steer you in the right direction. I couldn't be happier.

The 30 pilots came in today. I have to do a couple favors for some people in the morning then it's back to tuning. I would like to have the whole bike assembled tomorrow and get the jetting done.

Put the 30 pilots in and the motor seems a lot happier. Won't know until I test ride it. It's hard to set them to highest idle when there are two toomeys popping in your ear I:I
