I have recently rebuilt my blaster with fresh paint, and many other things. One of the things that I did was to replace the rear bearings. Now there is a whine as I speed up. It was making heat...which turned out to be the sprocket hub on the seal. Has anyone ever had their rear end whining like that? I am going to take it apart again soon and make sure everything is right... just looking for ideas?

Thanks

idk if there is a certain spec to torque it too...but any chance you over tightend them???that could cause the whining....

I backed it off a hair after i tightened it up. I am going to pull it off and pack some grease in there good... we will see

its probly the axel barrings it happen to me once, they came in the mail DOA and whined like the old ones did. i dunno maybe it happened to you too
