I put new pads on my rear caliper and put it all back together and the tires will spin but the pads are grabbing a little bit. is there any way to ajust them so they wont be grabbing without me hitting the brakes?
Make sure the brakes are clean and have a little grease or something to help them slide back and forth in the assembly. You could also try adjusting it where it connects for the parking brake up front if you have the stock cable.
if there not grabbing too much you could just let them wear in, i have to adjust mine like every week, but that'll end soon, i got hydro's coming from ebay, but read this thread, thats how i get mine adjusted right, it's all about the little white disc inside, read on.......... http://www.blasterforum.com/do-your...-how-make-them-work-3830/?highlight=make+work
Definitely recommend a hydro setup from a Banshee. You need the caliper, master cylinder and brake line. You need to modify your pedal so it will work the master cylinder, and also make a tab on your frame to mount the master cylinder.
