I have never seen a blaster hydro brake set up but from what i can see your missing some sort of clip there on the bottom of the set up in the picture. Also, the piston looks as if it is also pushed out and needs to be pushed back in. You can do that wiht a C clamp. Just push the piston flush with the caliper set up.

Sorry I couldnt answer your quesstion 100%

thanks, it doesnt make clear sense to me how these things work. so im missing a type of clip?

why wont the piston go back in when there's no pressure on them?

the reason the piston wont go back in with no pressure on it is because with an hydrolic system the way the brakes work is when you pull the lever it builds up pressure in the brake line with the fluid to push the piston in and make the brakes work. Then when you let go it lets just enough pressure off to release the brakes. So as your pads get worn down more and more the piston is getting pushed out more and more. When you have new pads that are thicker the piston is taking up room that the pads would normally take up.

With a cable brake when you pull on it it grabs and when you let go it releases. As your pads get worn down you just have to keep pulling the lever more and more and more to get the brake to work. Unless you adjust the brake system.

Also, I am not sure if you are missing a clip. I would just assume so since there is normally a clip on some kind on each side of the pad on other brake systems on cars and such.
